Adaptogen Chai

This chai is immune-boosting and apoptogenic. Apoptogenic herbs and mushrooms help the body to adapt to the internal and external stresses of life, enhance the life force, and promote longevity. Some of the medicinal mushrooms are also known to help with certain kinds of cancer and autoimmune diseases.

This tea is best cooked for a long time (30 min to an hour or more) and you can continue adding water and reuse the herbs several times, freshening them up as needed.
